How It Works

The One IBC Credit Points Program allows clients to earn rewards when using eligible services and redeem those points to reduce their fees on future transactions.

Earning points

Clients earn Credit Points whenever they successfully pay for eligible services.

Points are calculated based on the total eligible amount (USD) spent.
Points are added to the client’s account immediately after the transaction is completed.
Accumulated points remain available for future use in accordance with the program’s terms.

Using points

Credit Points can be redeemed as a direct discount during checkout.

200 Credit Points = 1 USD deducted from the invoice.
Clients may choose how many points to redeem depending on their available balance.
The payable amount is automatically recalculated once points are applied.

Participation is subject to the One IBC program terms, which contain additional important limitations that affect the earning and use of Credit Points, awards, benefits and member rank status.
