One IBC CPA Limited holds an official Corporate Practice Licence to practise public accountancy in Hong Kong, effective from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.

The licence is issued in accordance with Section 28D of the Professional Accountants Ordinance (PAO) and By-law 29 of the Professional Accountants By-laws. This authorisation permits One IBC CPA Limited to provide regulated public accountancy services in Hong Kong within the scope defined by applicable laws and professional standards.

Following the reform of Hong Kong’s accounting regulatory regime on 1 October 2022, regulatory oversight of the accounting profession was transferred from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) to the Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC). One IBC CPA Limited has successfully completed the transfer of its corporate practice registration to AFRC and operates in full compliance with the updated regulatory framework.

As a licensed Corporate Practice, One IBC CPA Limited is authorised to provide professional public accountancy services in Hong Kong, including accounting and bookkeeping, statutory financial reporting, auditing, tax reporting and compliance, and related professional advisory services in accordance with local regulatory requirements. The recognition as a licensed Corporate Practice under AFRC reflects One IBC CPA Limited’s adherence to professional standards, regulatory obligations, and governance requirements applicable to public accountancy firms in Hong Kong.
