  • For LLC:
    • end with the company suffix “limited liability company” or “limited company” or the abbreviations “LLC”, “L.L.C.”, “LC” or “L.C.” and
    • not be the same as the name of a limited liability company or of any other company of any type or kind, as such name appears on the register of companies or on the reserved name list of companies maintained by the Registrar of Companies or a name so similar to any such name as to tend to confuse or deceive.
  • You will be informed about Nevis’s obligation, taxation policy, financial year, renewal date for your company in Nevis.

    • Merchant account: this service will be fulfilled after the corporate bank account is activated.
    • Bookkeeping: The service may or may not be used in the future upon your request.
  • Processing time: You can select 2 time frames depending on the urgency of your request. For normal cases, a company can be formed in about 2 working days, while urgent cases can be processed and completed in 1 working day only. The process duration counts after the receipt of full payment and all required documents.
